• Ground transportation in Saudi Arabia
• Meal arrangements and religious guidance
• Travel insurance options

Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• Initial deposit required at time of booking (amount varies by package)
• Final payment due 60 days before departure
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications

Documentation Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all required documentation, including:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Required visas and permits
• Health certificates and vaccinations as required
• Travel insurance documentation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

• For hajj services - payments are made on Nusuk Platform. /
• We do not collect any fees for Hajj services<
• Hence, for Flight tickets - refund policy applies as per Airline terms
• for Hajj packages - refund policy as per Nusk terms

Cancellation by Destina Holidays

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government travel restrictions or advisories
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Safety concerns or security issues

In case of cancellation by Destina Holidays, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

Travel Requirements and Restrictions

Health Requirements

• All travelers must be in good health and physically capable of performing Hajj/Umrah
• Required vaccinations and health certificates must be obtained
• Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must provide medical clearance
• Age restrictions may apply for certain packages

Behavioral Expectations

All travelers are expected to:

• Follow Islamic guidelines and local customs
• Respect fellow travelers and local authorities
• Comply with all group instructions and schedules
• Maintain appropriate dress code throughout the journey

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Destina Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury or illness during travel
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Government actions, war, terrorism, or civil unrest

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Destina Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.

Force Majeure

Destina Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with travelers to provide alternative arrangements or appropriate refunds.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
