Does your daily grind leave you feeling fatigued, stressed or not as vibrant as you would like?

At Plano Research Institute, we help you unlock your body’s resilience to stay young and fit. Indulge in the transformative lifestyle of photobiomodulation and harness its benefits across a wide spectrum of medical conditions.

What is Photobiomodulation?

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a noninvasive photonic-based therapy capable of addressing immune-inflammatory, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as supporting healing of oral and chronic skin wounds. Light is applied at a specific wavelength in the visible or near-infrared ranges to stimulate or modulate biological processes.

During treatment, light is absorbed by cellular chromophores in the mitochondria — especially cytochrome c oxidase — which can support ATP production and healthier cellular signalling involved in recovery and repair.

Our Research-Led Approach

We specialize in Red-Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation), electromagnetic stimulation, and personalized recovery protocols that leverage advanced rejuvenation technologies.

Our approach is built on scientifically supported protocols and advanced human-performance methods — a transformative care experience designed to help restore optimal wellness.

In collaboration with physicians, specialists, allied health providers, clinical researchers, physicists, and innovators, we advance evidence-based photobiomodulation protocols for effective use of laser energy.

All services are provided under the supervision of family physicians and specialists, as medically necessary.
